Spa Tragedy

So if you've been following the news down here, you probably noticed about the poor lady who is brain dead after a "procedure" at a local spa. She is a 37-year-old mother of three who has basically lost her life. Although detailed information has not come out yet about this incident, many of these spas love to perform little "procedures" that are outside what the law allows. Basically, any establishment that is going to perform any sort of medical procedure, such as liposuction or laser hair removal, has to be licensed and under the supervision of a medical authority. However, these cosmetic procedures are extremely popular (hint: big money), so many locations decide to do them regardless. Now a woman's life is destroyed and her family is changed forever. Was that really worth the money they were going to make? This is truly very sad. The family has retained an attorney to represent their best interests in this matter, and I truly wish them the best. You never know when you'll need a good Personal Injury Attorney in this crazy life. So, from all of us at Negroni Law Group, LLC, we'd like to extend our condolences and sympathy to this lady and her family.

State of Affairs

Let me start off by introducing myself. My name is José A. Negroni, and I am a personal injury attorney. My law firm consists of eight people handling all types of injury cases. We accept cases of all sizes and complications. We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service and powerful legal representation. In fact, our reputation is so strong that we receive referrals from several law firms in the South Florida area. Our phone number is 954-321-6115 and our website is www.NegroniLaw.com Now that I've given you my commercial, let me move on to some other thoughts.

Personal Injury is a large field of law that is prevalent in our daily lives. Of course, being an attorney I deal with this field on a daily basis, but the average person also comes in contact with it on a routine basis. Think about it. Whether it's a friend or family member who is hurt in a crash or perhaps your mother just fell at the grocery store. Or maybe a friend of a friend was hurt by jet skiing last weekend. Whatever the details may be, the bottom line is that people are injured all the time, especially in such a busy area like South Florida. However, not all of these injuries warrant the use of an attorney. Many of them are just accidents or are so small that it does not make much sense to retain a lawyer. But, when that injury is caused by someone else's carelessness or even intentional acts, then speaking with a lawyer is usually the best way to go.

Insurance companies have attorneys working for them at all times. When you try to deal with the insurance company, understand that they are looking out for their best interests. Doesn't it make sense to have someone looking out for yours?

Unfortunately the Personal Injury field of law has gotten a bad rap over the years. This is due to many different reasons ranging from urban legends about outrageous lawsuits to real scam artists trying to take advantage of the system. Whatever it may be, it is important to understand that not all lawyers (like people) are the same. A great number of us are dedicated to our clients and to our professions and will uphold strict ethical standards at all times. When hiring a lawyer, feel free to ask around for recommendations from people. Don't be quick to pick someone due to a large piece of advertisement. Rather, take your time to make a careful decision to make sure the person you're hiring has your best interests in mind at all times.

With that I leave you for now. I am a writer by heart, so I will be posting here again soon. If you are in need of a lawyer for someone who is hurt, please consider hiring me, José Negroni of the Negroni Law Group, where we handle your Personal Injury with a Personal Touch.

Thank you,
Jose
